Strategic Consulting

Understand before deciding.

Not every project requires Strategic Consulting as a standalone intervention. Every project requires judgment before execution.

Often, an intervention begins with a simple signal: something takes too long, creates friction, does not align, keeps happening, or simply does not provide enough certainty.

When might I need this?

It may be useful when:

  • an activity takes too much time;
  • a process creates friction between areas;
  • the data does not match;
  • there is no certainty that something is working properly;
  • a problem keeps coming back;
  • an idea needs to become a project;
  • a decision affects different areas;
  • an external perspective is needed.

What we can address

  • Processes and operations.
  • Information and decision-making.
  • Projects and initiatives.
  • Organizational change and evolution.
  • Technology strategy and decisions.

Clarity to decide and act

Every intervention should produce what the project actually needs.

We do not diagnose in order to sell more. We diagnose to understand what is needed.

Sometimes, the best recommendation may be to make better use of what already exists, simplify, avoid a purchase, avoid developing something new, or decide not to implement a new solution.

The consulting engagement may end once there is enough clarity for the organization to continue on its own. When execution is needed, Romin Five can bring together the necessary capabilities to turn the project into reality.
