Software Development
Technology built around a real need.
Not every need requires custom software.
We first determine whether an existing tool can adequately solve the problem. We build only when doing so creates clear value.
When might I need this?
It may be useful when:
- operations depend on spreadsheets, messages or manual tasks;
- current tools no longer fit the way the organization works;
- existing systems do not communicate with one another;
- certain activities require greater control and tracking;
- an idea needs to become a digital solution.
What we can address
- Internal systems and operational tools.
- Platforms and applications.
- Integrations.
- Process automation.
- Information and tracking solutions.
Not everything needs to become a large platform. In some cases, an integration, an automation or a focused tool may be enough.
Software should adapt to the organization
When a solution does not fit the way an organization operates, duplicate data entry, parallel spreadsheets, auxiliary systems and other workarounds begin to appear to compensate for its limitations.
But adapting to the organization does not mean digitizing a process exactly as it exists when that process can be improved.
We first seek to:
understand → improve when appropriate → design → build.
Software should adapt to the organization’s needs, not force the organization to work around the software’s limitations.
Software that works within the organization’s reality
The solution must respond to its processes, users, information, responsibilities and operations.
We develop progressively and validate throughout the process. When it adds value, we use early prototypes or mockups so people can see the solution, identify adjustments and validate expectations before moving too far forward.
We also consider integration, infrastructure, operations, continuity, testing and deployment.
You do not need to arrive with the system already defined.
We first understand what needs to be solved and determine whether building software is actually necessary.
